In July of 1998, David Bridges and his wife Carol founded Carda Construction Company as a General Contracting Company, specializing in office, retail & warehouse construction and development. Since that time Carda has constructed over 320,000 square feet of New Buildings, 190,000 square feet of Tenant Finish/Renovations and developed 66 commercial and residential lots.
Carda’s goal is to help people build and grow their businesses by providing suitable office, retail and warehouse space.
We provide Design Build, Pre-Construction, Construction Management and General Contracting Services.
